These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Knowfident mobile application ("the App"), operated by RVEN Integrated Solutions Ltd. ("RVEN", "we", "us", "our"), based in Canada. These Terms are published at knowfident.app/legal/terms-of-service.html. By downloading, installing, or using Knowfident, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Knowfident is a study and exam preparation app that provides quizzes, practice sessions, flashcards, and study materials for various certification and licensing exams. The App is designed as a supplementary study tool and is available with both free (ad-supported) and premium tiers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Knowfident. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may use Knowfident without creating an account. Guest users receive limited functionality, including a limited number of daily study sessions, limited exam history, and fewer hearts (lives) per quiz session. Guest data is retained while your guest account remains active; if a guest account becomes inactive, it is automatically deleted after a period of inactivity. You can also delete your guest data at any time in the App, under Settings.
You may sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you unlock full member features, and your study progress is preserved across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
You may delete your data at any time from within the App, under Settings — whether you are signed in or using the App as a guest. If you are signed in and can no longer access the App, you may instead request deletion by contacting us at hello@knowfident.app. Guest data that you do not delete is automatically removed after a period of inactivity.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, your study progress, session history, streaks, enrollments, preferences, and any other personal data are permanently removed within 30 days and cannot be restored — including if you later sign in again with the same Google account. Deleting your Knowfident account does not cancel any active Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play, and deletion does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Knowfident is a study aid, not a substitute for official exam preparation materials.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of questions, answers, and study materials, we do not guarantee that the content is complete, current, or error-free. Exam content may not reflect the most recent changes to official exam syllabi or regulations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any government body, licensing authority, or certification organization whose exams appear in the App.
No guarantee of results. Knowfident helps you study; it does not guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain any certification, license, or status. Progress indicators, mastery percentages, and practice exam scores in the App measure your progress on the App's own questions only. They are not a prediction of your result on an official exam, which is set and scored solely by the responsible authority. We are not responsible for any exam outcomes.
All content in the App — including but not limited to questions, answers, study guides, translations, icons, designs, and source code — is the property of RVEN Integrated Solutions Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial study purposes only.
The free tier of Knowfident displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. You may be asked whether you consent to personalized ads based on your activity. If you decline, you will see general (non-personalized) ads. You can change your ad preference at any time in Settings > Privacy & Ads.
Premium users do not see advertisements.
Knowfident may offer premium features — such as ad-free usage, unlimited hearts, and full exam history — as a one-time purchase and/or a subscription. All premium purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
We reserve the right to modify premium pricing or features with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already made or the current term of an active subscription.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes or interruptions.
We may update the App from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVEN Integrated Solutions Ltd., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
